Refund policy
Because Zorrazo pieces are limited editions, please read carefully.
1. Returns
• We do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery (with photos).
2. Exchanges
• Apparel size exchanges may be accepted if stock is available. Customer bears return shipping via Shiprocket.
3. Refunds
• Approved refunds (for defects or non-availability) will be processed within 7–10 business days through Shiprocket’s payment system to the original payment method.
4. International Orders
• Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
